1. Accepting the Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between KEP Games AB ("KEP") and you ("you"). When you use any of KEP's applications (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Rights to Use the App
As long as you comply with these Terms, KEP allows you to use the App, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the App, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
If you violate these Terms, KEP reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation or immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts you have created using the App.
3. Intellectual Property / Ownership
All rights, title and interest in and to all materials that are part of the App (including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement), are the proprietary property of KEP or its licensors.
You agree that you shall not for commercial purposes modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, scrape, display, post, transmit, or sell in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, the material from this App.
4. User Content
Any data, text, graphics, photographs and their selection and arrangement, and any other materials uploaded to the App by you or other users ("User Content") are subject to these Terms.
User Content is not confidential and will not be returned to the user.
You represent and warrant that User Content you transmit or submit is original to you and that you exclusively own the rights to such content.
You hereby grant to KEP a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid-up and royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly perform and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the App.

5. Rules of Conduct / Usage
The App may provide communication channels designed to enable you to communicate with other App users. KEP has no obligation to monitor these communication channels, but may do so in connection with providing the App.
As a condition of your use of the App you agree not to:
- Post, upload or transmit information that is obscene, indecent, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.
- Defame, libel, ridicule, mock, stalk, threaten, harass or abuse anyone.
- Violate the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to obtain passwords or other private information from other members.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks or any unauthorized third party software.
- Disrupt or overburden any server used to offer or support the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
KEP reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be a violation of these rules and to take action accordingly.
6. Termination
KEP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
KEP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
