Social Game
Cross Boss is played between two people, either sharing a mobile or over the network. You can play against friends you know or randomly selected opponents.

How to play
A match starts with a new crossword puzzle. Over 300 puzzles are available, all specially designed for Cross Boss. All clues and images are blurred at the start, so nothing can be solved from the beginning.
Players take turns making 2 moves per turn. A move can be one of the following:
Reveal a clue (shown to both players).
Sharpen the image (shown to both players).
Enter a word.
Reveal a correct letter in a square (not shown to the opponent).
Scoring
Each correctly filled letter gives 1 point. Each complete word with at least two letters gives an additional 1 point.
A wrong letter gives zero points — no minus points for mistakes.
When a player completes a word, they take over all letters in that word. A single well-placed letter can flip the game in a cascade takeover.
The player with the most points when the puzzle is fully solved wins.
